We are looking for an HR Administrator (FREELANCE) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates with a background in psychology or related fields to start their career in HR.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Handle employee inquiries and support HR policies.
- Prepare HR documents like contracts and handbooks.
- Organize training sessions and employee events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
- 1 year of experience (internship experience counts).
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
