Job Requirements

• Proven experience in financial controlling, financial reporting, and taxation compliance.
• Strong leadership and team development skills with experience managing finance and accounting teams.
• Hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to support strategic business objectives.
• Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Expertise in accounting software and ERP systems, with the ability to optimize financial tools.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills to work effectively with multiple departments.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting from a reputable university; CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
• Male candidate, up to 40 years old.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
