📍BSD, Tangerang

Job Description

  • Call Handling: Receive and respond to incoming calls from customers regarding products and services
  • Information Delivery: Provide accurate information about products, services, and procedures.
  • Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism.
  • Documentation: Record details of customer interactions in the system for reference and follow-up.

Qualifications :

  • Willing to join ASAP
  • Fresh graduates are welcome
  • Min. education D3
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to adapt to CRM or call center software
  • Willing to work in shifts (if required)
