Job Description
- Call Handling: Receive and respond to incoming calls from customers regarding products and services
- Information Delivery: Provide accurate information about products, services, and procedures.
- Complaint Resolution: Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism.
- Documentation: Record details of customer interactions in the system for reference and follow-up.
Qualifications :
- Willing to join ASAP
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Min. education D3
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, empathetic, and solution-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to adapt to CRM or call center software
- Willing to work in shifts (if required)
